Yes — when you upload the photo we ask you to confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use it. It's used only to make the book.
Can I order for more than one grandchild?
Yes. Each book stars one child, so start a free preview for each grandchild — every one gets their own story.
Can the book be shipped to my grandchild?
Yes. The hardcover is shipped to whatever address you enter at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order the hardcover by December 1 for delivery before Christmas in the US. The digital book is delivered within 24 hours.
What ages is it for?
The books are made for children aged 4 to 10.
Is there a matching ornament?

Is my child's photo safe?
Every page is painted on hardware we own — the photo is never sent to a cloud AI service or any third party. It is used only to make the book and permanently deleted once your book is delivered, or within 3 days if an order is never completed. The finished book file is deleted 7 days after delivery.
